bos aku mau nanya,

aku baru instal WOW ampm,

patch 2.3.3

pas gw login,

bs, n masuk mpe game.

tapi,saat char gw nongol, ada problem.

1. nick namenya jadi "unknown"
2. gak bisa di gerakin kemana2.
3. gak bisa chat.

kenapa ya>???

mohon bantuan nya. . .

Some network cards may be equipped with a feature called Checksum Offload. This tends to only be available for network cards capable of gigabit connections. If you have a Gigabit-capable card or an nVidia Networking adapter, please try this:

# Go to your Control Panel and go into System.
# Click on your Hardware tab.
# Click the Device Manager button.
# Click the + sign next to Network Adapters and double-click your ethernet card.
# Go to the Advanced tab, then disable Checksum Offload. It may be called Hardware Checksumming or a Checksum of some type. You'll get disconnected from the internet for a while but it should reconnect. If not, reboot your machine. Try the game afterwards.

itu yg gw coba juga gak ada hasil, soale di hardware tab gw gak ada "Checksum offload" nya. . .

atau ini cara yang dilakukan jika kartu jaringan kmu tidak memiliki pilihan Cheksum Offload

1. Open the Registry (start, run, type in "regedit"
navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\Tcpip\Parameters.
2. Add a new DWORD (edit, add, DWORD) value named DisableTaskOffload and set it to 1.
3. You may need to restart the system to make these changes take effect.

after that, I deleted the WTF, Cache, and interface folders and then ran the WoW repair tool.
I started the game, and to my surprise, BAM, names, items, everything, normal.
