Tolong signature dapat dimunculkan pada post pertama saat mengisi formulir di laporan user bermasalah agar dapat menaruh link konfirmasi di signature sehingga tidak perlu repot-repot melakukan copy paste link konfirmasi atau double posting
atau show signature secara default untuk post pertama

Saya dah coba liat formnya, dan saya tidak menemukan opsi untuk enable signature.
Jadi mohon maaf untuk saran ini saya tidak dapat membantu.
Kalau boleh saran, selain kamu jadi TS, kamu bisa posting di bawahnya berupa parser dari SR kamu sendiri, jadi di post #2nya muncul signature yang kamu punya.
