uther lightbringer, trigger bwt munculin pedang na ga nongol

ref: When you enter the Halls of Reflection, Uther the Lightbringer will appear with a warning not to proceed. If you approach the Frostmourne Pedestal, Quel'Delar will leap from your inventory, come to life and fight you. You must defeat it and upon its death you will be able to loot the Subdued Quel'Delar. Uther then warns you to leave quickly.

Note: you do not have to have completed or begin the Halls of Reflection instance in order to do this part of the Quel' quest.
You can walk in, trigger the event, and complete it - all without beginning the 10 waves/bosses.
