MARKETING COMMUNICATION (MARCOM)

Job Responsibilities:

Creates, manages, execution and grows business presence across offline events
To passionately implement and communicate the positive values to the team, customer and community
Providing strategic and tactical recommendation and budgeting to further improve and grow our offline event marketing strategy
Gather information on each project to achieve quality event productions- Tracking and maintaining offline event KPIs
Post event analysis and report
Conduct research, make site visits, and find resources to help product stakeholder to make decisions about event possibilities

Job Requirements:

Female only
Candidate must possess Bachelor degree with focus on one of these area(s): Advertising/Marketing/Management/Business Studies/Commerce/Mass Communication or relevant disciplines
Maximum 30 years old
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, but fresh graduates with sound track record of conducting events are welcomed to apply
A people person – warm personality, and close relationship to a multiple End-User related Communities
Proven experience in creating, executing, and managing offline event campaigns in Indonesia
A dynamic personality, fun, cheerful, high level of enthusiasm and commitment
Creative, outgoing, proactive and result oriented
Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
High mobility and willing to travel upon company’s event requirement
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both in Oral and Written
Strong analytical acumen and skill set, including the ability to recognize consumer psychological behaviour
An Android User, and App Savvy
Social Media savvy, is an advantage
