haha what kind of trivia do you want? I can provide some if I'm free.
you want to wear socks because you want to go somewhere, and there are in a dark room
you went into a dark room, pitch black, and there are socks inside, 2 types of socks, example red and white. there are a huge pile of them, the color is mixed, but you can't see them because the room is pitch black, but you can still feel it
how many socks minimum you must take out to get at least a pair of same color for you to wear?
grp for the first correct (or thanks)
/\
/\
/\
yap, 3 socks minimum
btw, i'm confused but you pattern...
a = 1
d = 4 (+3)
g = 7 (+3)
j = 10 (+3)
m = 13 (+3)
p = 16 (+3)
t =20 (+4) ---> what's this??? 3 become four??? weird!!!
w = 23 (+3) ---> now 3 again????
b = 2 + 26 = 28 (+5) ---> now become 5... confused hard!!!
here's a short explanation for u...Why are the letters S and Z not included?
i answered this when i SMS with my friend... so i realize that the pattern is KEYPAD number in handphone
2 = a-b-c
3 = d-e-f
4 = g-h-i
5 = j-k-l
6 = m-n-o
7 = p-q-r-s
8 = t-u-v
9 = w-x-y-z
in this case, ervan the "ervie" just take 3 first letter in that following order...
that's why S and Z don't included... coz they're 4th letter in this order~
is short... isn't it?
got it?
hahaha okay here we go:
240. (x-a)(x-b)(x-c)...(x-z)=???
should be quite easy...
241. The famous "Census-Taker Problem" (it seems impossible for some, although it may be easy for the experienced)
A census-taker knocks on a door, and asks the woman inside how many children she has and how old they are.
"I have three daughters, their ages are whole numbers, and the product of the ages is 36," says the mother.
"That's not enough information," responds the census taker.
"I'd tell you the sum of their ages, but you'd still be stumped"
"I wish you'd tell me something more."
"Okay, my oldest daughter Mary likes dogs."
What are the ages of the three daughters?
Question number 240 :
ZERO !!
because (x-x) = 0..
Question number 241 :
I give up !!![]()
240. correct! ^^
241. haha don't give up. Try to list all the possibilities!
okay...
so the possibility is :there's 3 daughters... and the product is 36...
1.1.36
1.2.18
1.3.12
1.4.9
1.6.6
2.2.9
2.3.6
3.3.4
let sum it ^.^"I'd tell you the sum of their ages, but you'd still be stumped"
1.1.36 = 38
1.2.18 = 21
1.3.12 = 16
1.4.9 = 14
1.6.6 = 13
2.2.9 = 13
2.3.6 = 11
3.3.4 = 10
it means... there's is an OLDEST daughter..."Okay, my oldest daughter Mary likes dogs."
in possibility 1.6.6, there's 2 daughter that have same old..
cut the possibility
1.1.36 = 38
1.2.18 = 21
1.3.12 = 16
1.4.9 = 14
2.2.9 = 13
2.3.6 = 11
3.3.4 = 10
still confused??? there's so many possibility
okay : here's the answer :What are the ages of the three daughters?
the possibility that has been cut is : 1.6.6 that's sum 13
so there's any possibility that sum 13???
that : 2.2.9
so the asnwer is:
9 years old
2 years old
2 years old
is that right???
sorry for the bad english... i hope u all understand >,<
can i give the next question??? logic of course...

What are the next numbers that will come out?
let me explain this...
the first one is number one... = 1
the second = (just say what is the number that above) = once (1) an 1 = 1 1
the third = (just say what is the number that above) = twice (2) an 1 = 2 1
the fourth = (just say what is the number that above) = once (1) a 2 and once (1) an 1 = 1 2 1 1
the fifth = (just say what is the number that above) = once(1) an 1 and once (1) an 2 and twice (2) an 1 = 1 1 1 2 2 1
