Yes i know the last one is simple but the previous Qs that make the last Q look so tricky and full of trap. But in the end its just simple active or unactive, damn the Q makes trick in our logical and mental way of thinking nice nice.

Q5: Yes, you absolutely right and i agree with you if there is typo miss by the GM, but if not you could be wrong, because pequin and penguin are different. Pequin/Piquin are hot chile pepper others name.
