Klo yg kasus gini sih ya klo mnurut pengamatan gw sih skill yg ngefek. Contohnya si mesti liat traxxex ato enchantress yg skill orb nya on/off trus dikasih orb yg ngrubah animasi (deso/skadi/lifeseteal).*Skill Orb Effect + Item Orb Effect
1. SKill Ga Ngefek, Fungsi Item Bereffect
2. SKill Ga Ngefek, Item Juga ga ngefek
Klo skillnya dinyalain yg kluar skill orb. Klo skillnya dimatiin yg kluar item orb.
Cobain aja d. Ga taw si bener apa kaga.
