Sinopsis
Saat Museum Sejarah Nasional ditutup sementara untuk renovasi, seluruh isi museum dipindahkan ke Museum Washington. Film ini berpusat kepada suku Smithsonian, dimana kompleks mereka adalah yang terbesar di museum tersebut, yaitu lebih dari 136 juta barang koleksi, Larry (Ben Stiller) menjadi penjaga para Smithsonian, dimana Kahmunrah, sosok jahat Pharaoh hidup dan mengakibatkan perang yang melibatkan Theodore Roosevelt dan Dexter serta pendatang baru, Jenderal Custer dan Al Capone.
Night at The Museun: Battle of The Smithsonian merupakan film pertama yang mengambil lokasi di dalam Museum Washington.
